A breed~!
The 'Endaug is not an open breed to create. Imports may only be created by those with an Import License, and pups may only be bred with a Breeding License.

Doesn't have all the colors, though. Yep, there are sparklies! But it shouldn't resemble a generic sparkledog/scene in any case; should be kept tasteful and organic looking.

I'm thinking that it would be a breed that is open on a schedule (you can create two every two months) and with an import limit of five (not including those made by the breed admin). Five per player/kennel should be a good set to start breeding these; you can pair two and two and breed the last one to the pedigree 'endaugs.
